Toyota GT86 LED Door Sills
The Toyota GT86 (2012-2021) is the sports car that reminded the world that Toyota could build a driver's car. Co-developed with Subaru (where it was sold as the BRZ), the GT86 prioritised balance, feel, and driver engagement over outright power - a deliberately philosophy-driven decision by Toyota Chief Engineer Tetsuya Tada, who said he wanted a car a human could control to its limits on a public road. The 2.0-litre FA20 boxer engine produced 200 hp, mounted low for a near-perfect centre of gravity, with rear-wheel drive and a limited-slip differential as standard on performance variants. The result was a sports car that rewarded skill, not just straight-line speed. These LED door sill plates are precision-cut for the GT86's distinctive low cabin: stainless steel, bright-white LED strip activated automatically on door open, a detail that fits the GT86's genuine sports car character.
Logo options for the GT86 include Toyota GT86 TRD Logo LED Door Sills with the Toyota Racing Development badge for sport variants. The second-generation successor is at Toyota GR86 LED Door Sills, with its TRD logo collection at GR86 TRD Logo. The Subaru co-development version: Subaru BRZ LED Door Sills.
