How to Choose Audi LED Door Sills
Identify the exact generation, match the artwork, choose the light behaviour and confirm the set before ordering.
Use this ordering route
Choose an Audi sill in four decisions: model and generation, artwork, visible light pattern, then coverage. Keep those decisions attached to one product URL so an option from a different model does not slip into the order.
1. Record the exact model
Write down the model, body style, generation and year. These product routes distinguish A3 8V, A4 B8 or 8K2, and A6 C7 or 4G2. An Audi badge or a similar looking doorway does not identify the sill shape.
2. Read both the title and description
The A3 title starts at 2012 while its description says 2012 through 2020. The A4 title says 2007–2015 while its description says 2007 through 2016. The A6 4G2 routes use 2010–2018. If your car sits at an end year, ask which range applies before ordering.
3. Match the artwork
Choose the A3, A4 or A6 artwork named on the matching page. The A4 Logo and S4 Logo are separate artwork choices, so select the one you actually want rather than relying on a generic Audi label.
Check the model artwork before choosing a colour
A3 8V
Use the A3-logo listing for the 8V route. Its catalogue source shows the named A3 artwork and belongs to that product page.
A4 B8
Use the A4-logo listing when that is the requested mark. The S4 page is a different product and should answer a different artwork choice.
A6 4G2
The A6 Matte PRO catalogue illustration shows the fixed A6 lettering on two front plates. It demonstrates the artwork and finish; it does not show exact vehicle-specific dimensions.
Choose the visual light behaviour
These A6 examples have different artwork as well as different finishes: the Stainless plate reads Audi A6, while the Matte PRO plate reads A6. They illustrate separate choices, not an identical design switched between materials. Read the pictured mark and light zones together before choosing a product.
Stainless Steel route
The exact A6 Stainless Steel description says the logo, top light bars and side edge illuminate. Its controls are COLOR, SET and STYLE, with Stainless Steel or Stainless Steel with Raptor Protection.
Matte PRO route
The exact A6 Matte PRO description uses a painted stainless upper plate and an ABS edge in the chosen body colour. COLOR BODY and COLOR HIGHLIGHT are separate; only the top lettering and lines illuminate.
Keep the model fixed
A finish decision does not turn an A3, A4 or A6 page into another model. Follow the product link that names your body and generation, then choose its available controls.
Select the set and connection question
Front coverage
Choose FRONT when you want the two front plates described on the exact listing. The A6 Matte PRO catalogue illustration shows this front-only arrangement.
Front and rear coverage
Choose the front-and-rear option when you need two front and two rear plates on the A6 Matte PRO listing. Check the selected page because the included parts follow the product’s own set control.
Wiring
The A6 Matte PRO description says wiring is required and no factory plug-and-play connector is included. Ask about the vehicle circuit and threshold before installation if that part of the order is unclear.

Use the exact product URL when you ask for help. A short message gives the team the details needed to check the route:
“My Audi is a [model, body and generation], year [year]. Does this exact listing cover it?
