How to start a return
Before initiating a return, please carefully review this policy.
To request a return:

Visit our Returns Center.

Complete the return request form and follow the on-screen instructions.

After submitting your request, our team will contact you with detailed instructions on where and how to send the item.

Once we receive the returned goods, they will be inspected.

If the item meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your request and item availability.
Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you received the goods.

After return approval, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, or if the item is not shipped within 14 days after approval, the return will not be accepted.
Return eligibility conditions
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.
Order cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

If cancellation is requested after 12 hours, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of production already completed.

Items not eligible for return
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom steering wheels

Custom fabrics

Soft close door kits with visible signs of use

Headlights or taillights with visible signs of installation or use
These items are final sale once used or installed.
Sale items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.

Sale items are final sale and are not refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

To request an exchange for the same item, please submit a request through our Returns Center.

All exchanged items are subject to inspection.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

Once the return is processed, a digital gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
International returns

Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

In all other cases, shipping fees are not refundable.
Restocking fees

If a return falls outside our standard return policy, we may, at our discretion, offer:

Delivery time for exchanges

Exchange delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.
