How to Order Club or Company Logo Door Sills for Multiple Cars
LedDoorSills accepts orders for several sets for a car club, workshop, company fleet or shared automotive project. For a group order, choose one contact person, list every vehicle separately and agree on the shared logo or wording before production details are confirmed.
Choose one person to coordinate the order
Name one person who can collect vehicle details, confirm the shared logo or wording and return one consolidated set of comments. Keep a single roster with a row for every car and do not combine contradictory edits from different participants.
Decide what must remain common across the order—such as a club mark, company logo, project name or short phrase—and what may vary by vehicle, such as the exact sill geometry and the owner’s name or initials.
Record each car separately
For every requested set, provide the make, model, confirmed generation or chassis code, model years, body style, door count and intended door positions. Two cars with the same badge can require different shapes or set configurations. A shared design does not make their physical parts interchangeable.
Use published product pages only as references for products that are currently available. Browse the LED Door Sills collection, compare Stainless door sills and view currently published Matte PRO door sills. If a particular Matte PRO card is not published, do not treat the general collection as proof that it is ready for that vehicle.
Prepare a readable shared identity
A group design can use a club or company logo, a project name, a short slogan or dedication, or a combination of logo and text. Individual cars can also carry a name or initials where the usable space allows it. The artwork must remain readable at the actual sill size, so a detailed crest may need a simpler lockup than the version used on a banner or social profile.
Confirm that the coordinator is authorized to use the supplied logo and spelling. Review one agreed hierarchy: which element is primary, which text is optional and which details may change between cars. For six design-led directions, see Car Club and Project-Car Door Sill Design Ideas. That guide explores visual approaches; this article covers the organization of a multi-car order.

Approve the shared design before individual production details
Submit the vehicle roster and the common artwork brief.
Resolve spelling, logo rights and the shared visual hierarchy.
Confirm each vehicle’s fitment and set composition separately.
Collect comments through the coordinator and approve the final direction.
Freeze the approved brief before production planning begins.
Do not assume that a performance-style logo describes factory trim or OEM origin. It is a customer-selected design unless the product listing explicitly states otherwise.
Price and timing depend on the order’s complexity
Orders for several sets are accepted. Price and timing are discussed individually because the number of vehicles, fitment differences, artwork preparation and variation between sets affect the work required.
No minimum quantity, wholesale discount or fixed lead time is stated here. Those terms must be confirmed for the specific request rather than inferred from another order.
Send one complete group-order brief
Prepare the coordinator’s contact details, vehicle roster, intended positions, shared logo or text, and a note explaining which elements may vary. Use the existing design request to start the review; a second form or separate submission channel is not required.
The request starts a design discussion. It does not by itself confirm final price, production timing or compatibility for every vehicle in the list.
