Design notes · LED License Plate Badge
A clear badge design.
With the light off or on.
Keep one readable mark below the plate. In this Acura example, the black backing stays quiet and red lettering adds the accent.

Start with the shape, then choose the light
The badge sits behind a standard 12 × 6 inch plate, with decorative artwork in the strip below. It does not illuminate the full perimeter or replace the vehicle’s plate lamp. Check the selected product and your plate area before ordering.

Illustrative states from a matching camera view, not a measured brightness comparison or evidence of road-use approval.
Give the word room to read
Leave black space before the first letter and after the last. Keep openings inside letters such as A, O and R clear. Check your sketch at a small size: if you need to enlarge it to recognize the mark, simplify the artwork.
One horizontal name suits a simple rear. Keep consistent letter spacing and generous margins.
One centered symbol can work beside a busy plate or chrome trim. Leave the surrounding black field visible.
Use an emblem or a readable name. Avoid squeezing a small subtitle below a symbol in the narrow strip.
These are directions for an artwork brief. Production review determines what can be reproduced.

Choose the accent
The listed Static choices are White, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Ice Blue and Purple. Flow RGB offers phone-app control. Keep the artwork readable in one color before choosing a changing-light effect.
On a dark rear, red gives a distinct accent; white keeps the lettering simple. An LED color name does not promise an exact match to paint or taillamps.
Send a clear custom brief
For text, enter the exact wording in the product’s required Custom field. For artwork, select or identify “Custom logo” and reply to the order-confirmation email with the file. The text field does not upload files.
Explain which single mark matters most and how you want it to read with the light off and on. Custom artwork remains subject to review. An ACURA design reference does not establish compatibility with another vehicle.
