Check the order before payment
LED license plate badges are made to order to the customer’s approved specifications. Read the product page and order confirmation line by line. Confirm the vehicle, plate format, Standard Logo or Custom Logo choice, inscription and Light Color. Listed light choices include White, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Ice Blue, Purple and Flow; Flow uses phone-app control and has no handheld remote.
Save the approved artwork and product link with the order record. A model name or logo identifies the illuminated design, but it does not prove vehicle fitment. The listed body is 304.8 × 177.4 × 9 mm for a 12 × 6 inch plate format, so treat fitment as a separate review.
Request an amendment promptly
- Use the contact page with the order number and purchase date.
- State the current selection, requested selection, vehicle and approved text or logo reference.
- Include the product link and any fitment detail that prompted the question.
- Ask the company to confirm the amendment in writing. An unanswered message or draft artwork does not change the approved specification.
Cancellation is time-limited
The policy allows a full refund when you cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, production may have started and the policy reserves the right to deduct production costs already incurred. It describes a typical deduction of 30–40% of the order value, depending on the manufacturing stage. It does not promise that production remains amendable after 12 hours.
Keep one written record
The policy does not provide a change-of-mind return or refund for a customer-selected incorrect vehicle, model, generation, dimensions, logo, inscription or LED-colour specification. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. A delivered item that is damaged, faulty or different from the approved order follows a separate route.
