Start with one coordinator
Use one shared brief for a club, company or project-car group, then review each vehicle separately. The examples below use two distinct orders: one GMC wordmark badge and one Audi Four Rings badge. They do not claim shared artwork or interchangeable fit. Both products use the listed standard US or Canada 12 × 6 inch plate format, but each vehicle still needs its own review.
Choose one coordinator to keep the vehicle list, artwork approval and order questions together. Give every car its own row so a model, plate position or lighting choice cannot move to the wrong badge.
Build one review row per vehicle
- Record the owner, make, model, generation and year.
- Record the plate format, usable mounting area, space below the plate, nearby trim and access around the mounting points.
- Record the requested artwork, lighting colour, Standard Logo or Custom Logo choice, product link and approval status.
- Add each open fitment question, photo or measurement. A photo can explain a question, but it cannot prove dimensions or compatibility by itself.
Keep shared artwork separate from fitment
Approve one wordmark, short name or phrase for the group, then attach the right vehicle row to each request. The product separates Design from Light Color. Options listed are Standard Logo or Custom Logo, White, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Ice Blue, Purple and Flow. Flow uses phone-app control and has no handheld remote.
Model lettering identifies the artwork, not the vehicle fit. Check the plate recess, complete plate-and-badge stack and electrical route for each car. Listings describe two or four screws depending on the installation and include wiring and instructions, but they do not publish one hole-spacing pattern or vehicle connection method.
Approve before payment
Read every row back to its owner. Confirm the vehicle, artwork spelling, lighting option, design type and product link. Current sources do not set a group discount, minimum quantity or fixed delivery date, so ask for the current price and timing for the actual brief.
Use the GMC LED License Plate Badge and Audi Four Rings LED License Plate Badge as separate order references, then use the fitment review and contact page for vehicle-specific questions.
