Custom LED Badge Designs: What Can Be Made?
Start with a short inscription or a clear logo made from large, solid shapes. Our custom badge uses the same narrow illuminated area as the ready-made designs. A detailed picture that looks good on a screen may not suit that physical area.
Keep the main message large
A name, club title or short phrase gives the team room to preserve readable letters and spacing. For a logo, identify the essential mark. Several small words beneath an emblem compete for the same limited area.

Approve the actual lettering
Show the letter shapes you want rather than asking for a similar font. If a particular emblem or combination matters, include the full composition. The team uses that reference for the layout; agree any simplification with you before production.
The same check applies to computer-generated previews. A render shows the idea, while artwork review determines whether the fine details suit production. We do not publish a universal minimum line thickness for this range, so the proposed artwork still needs that review.
Understand the Custom option
For this badge range, Custom costs $20 more than Standard with the same lighting. Enter your request in the order’s Custom field. For a logo file, write “Custom logo” with a short description and reply to the order-confirmation email with the artwork. If you need a feasibility answer first, use the existing contact form.
