The BMW iX (2021+) is BMW's flagship battery-electric SAV - the vehicle that represents the company's long-term BEV architecture. Built on a dedicated aluminium space-frame chassis with carbon-fibre reinforcement, the iX is available in iX xDrive40 (326 hp, 77 kWh), iX xDrive50 (523 hp, 105.2 kWh), and the performance-oriented iX M60 (619 hp) variants. The iX50 offers up to 630 km WLTP range - one of the longest in the premium electric SUV segment. The interior adopts BMW's "shy tech" philosophy: a large curved display, hexagonal steering wheel, and a cabin deliberately free of hard buttons, using touch and voice inputs instead. These LED door sill plates are laser-cut for the iX's large-format door geometry, available with the iX logo badge, illuminated by a bright-white LED strip that activates automatically on door open.
